Drippin’ Sauce Juicy Pork Tenderloin


                  Pork Tenderloin
¼ cup          Bourbon
2 cloves       Garlic, minced
½ Cup          Drippin’ Sauce Mild Chipotle Ketchup
2 tsp            Rosemary, fresh and chopped to release flavor
1 tsp            Sea Salt
                   Cooking oil sufficient to just cover bottom of sauté pan
1 tsp            Corn starch
1 cup           Vegetable Broth




  • Combine bourbon, garlic, ketchup, rosemary and salt, whisk to combine
  • Put into dish or zip lock bag with pork tenderloin to marinate, 2 hours or more
  • Prepare pan to sauté pork by adding cooking oil and bring to med-high heat (not smoking)
  • Cut Pork into 1½” lengths
  • Sauté briefly for about 1 - 2min. per side, then remove to plate
  • Pour marinade and broth into pan to deglaze over high heat, reducing to ½ cup,
  • Add cornstarch whisking it in to thicken, will only take a moment
  • Put pork on serving plates covering each piece with a spoon of the thickened sauce
